• Will not randomly appear on soldiers or civilians.

Some specific actions lack lines, but the line pools he does have come with good to great variety.

There's some hard cut-offs in his lines here and there, but that's a result of taking most of his dialogue from Team Sonic Racing, which have a lot of lines aimed at specific characters and if you chop them up it can be easy to tell they're getting cut-off mid sentence, but i don't believe there's many other plentiful line sources for him that are voiced by Colleen.
