"Place Ville-Marie" or "1, Place Ville-Marie" is the fourth tallest skyscraper in Montreal.
It is located at the southern end of McGill College Avenue, opposite McGill University.

This is an amazing asset. Also with this asset and the recent release of first canadian place with the logo by reaper there is now a high quality office tower asset for all 5 canadian banks.
