A quick little mod to make use of the fancy light colour selection in 1.4. Adds in four new kinds of lamp, in both fuelled and powered varieties. They will dynamically change colour based on the colour of the light they emit, and can even be placed on furniture.

• Yes, the fuelled lamps do require coloured lights to be researched before you can change the colour. This is hardcoded and would potentially require a transpiler to modify.
