Tells Hush to slow the ♥♥♥♥ down.

(if you have REPENTOGON or Improved & Reworked Foes, you don't need this!)

* Fixes Hush having minimal to no delay between attacks when below 50% health
* Fixes Hush's lasers not adjusting to player's reduced speed under the effects of I'm Drowsy/Broken Watch

Thanks for the mod :) Still ate shit from the bullshit laser attack because god forbid I get a speed up during a run.

it fixes the panic state but not lasers, when they add a global to the api to tell me it's rep+ i'll disable that part

This mod was genuinely useful, but as of the release of REPENTANCE+ is no longer needed, as the fix this includes is a part of that update.

So glad this mod exists. Couldn't tell you what Very Intentional Gameplay Decision™ has led to Hush still being a pain in the ass all this time later.
