Misc NPC Vendor Additions Adds Some Additional Items Too Some Vendors

Every item added can be toggled via config!

Currently it adds the following;

Arms Dealer;
- Sand Blocks
- Desert Fossils
- Sandstone

Dryad;
- Herb Bag
- Ladybugs
- Every Butterfly Except For The Gold Butterfly & Hell Butterfly

Witch Doctor
- Jungle Spores

Stylist
- Cobwebs

Truffle
- Truffle Worm

Wizard
- Crystal Shards

They use the default price, though I can easily make them more expensive, just got too figure out how pricey to make them, any ideas?

seems a little too op with the ladybugs / desert fossils, maybe make them a little more expensive?
