Mega Mega Mob (Mutation)

This mutation drastically increases the max amount of common infected allowed on the map at once.
I made this because I have things to do and wanted a way to procrastinate.


The full list of changes are:

• Increases the max amount of common infected to 150
  
• Survivors start with magnums
  
• Increased the amount of commons casually wandering the map
  
• Getting hit no longer slows you
  
• All special infected excluding boomers are removed
  
• All tier 1 weapons are replaced with tier 2
  
• Ammo counts are increased
  
• Panic events last forever when triggered
  
• Infinite gun bashes
