The middle part of the mouth is bugged as in the top of her lip is stuck to the bottom, it looks to be a weight painting issue

@Daniel, If i can find that model, i'll do it in Garry's Mod

@Devonina, is it on L4D2 or outside of Steam? because if it is outside, send me the link of the original model because i don't make models as usual.
