Splinter Free! (Shipwright Fenry)

Gives the Shipwright some OSHA-Approved clothes to wear instead of the red clippy pants he has now, as well as my Trader Mod's Engineer Vest.

You can also now edit the equipment he's wearing by going into the .pail mod file with Notepad or any other text editor to replace his upper or lower clothes using these game components:
