A larger, nicer and defended Blister Hill.
Changes and adds only buildings with the vanila building crews.
Works with hundreds of mods that dont change buildings, including the functioning market stalls mod.

With Phoenix alive there is appr 3 times the power compared to unmodded Blister Hill. Yes after the Floatsam override the wells have no power. Vanila Floatsams in Blister Hill have also no power.

I really like this mod and think its an excellent addition to the game, making the capital of the Holy Nation a lot more formidable. However, it seems like this addition to the city doesn't have any electric grid or generators. This results in powered wells and equipment in the city not functioning, including those added by the Flotsam Ninjas override.
