You can find Shadow's looks in my Sonic Cosmetics Megapack.

• 199 radio filtered voice lines.
  
• Support for all WOTC classes and SPARKs.
  
• Will not randomly appear on soldiers or civilians.

All of his lines were taken from Shadow '05 and Sonic '06, as those are the games where he has some of the most XCOM-compatible voice lines.

Some of his line pools are lacking, for example he has no Overwatch or Concealment lines.

But otherwise, most actions are covered and have good line variety.
