$RESOURCE_TRANSPORT_TYPE RESOURCE_TRANSPORT_GENERAL
$RESOURCE_ALLOW_ONLY plants
$RESOURCE_ALLOW_ONLY plastics
$RESOURCE_ALLOW_ONLY cement
$RESOURCE_ALLOW_ONLY alumina
Would allow transport of cement or alumina in addition to crops or plastic, BUT the capacity of the dry bulk is reduced as compared to a dedicated dry bulk hopper (31 tons of cement to 55 tons of crops, vs 69 tons of cement for RESOURCE_TRANSPORT_CEMENT).
So I personally would leave it as you have them now - crops and plastics are both 'clean' and light commodities, cement is dirty and dense. Would be better to make dedicated low volume (2 or 3 bay), high tonnage cement hoppers later. My understanding is also that cement would more or less put an Airslide hopper permanently in cement service, due to the fabric liner.
But the above is how you can make any combination of open hull, covered hull, dry bulk, or cooler goods, should you need the information.
