The problem is in the Land Units table -> Attribute Group; all of the values in the mod have a "_attributes" suffix, which don't match the vanilla attribute groups for the dragons (I am guess CA removed the suffix with the Chaos Dwarves update).
If you remove the suffix and nothing else the mod starts working fine without issue again!
