Ever wanted to have your eyes melted by potent xenocapsaicinoids harvested from alien flora?

Outpost NPCs now have Pepper Spray!

This mod overrides the "outpostnpcs1" npc set. A more elegant solution would be to add new itemsets and NPCs, but this is the simplest method, with immediate funny payoff. However, this means any mods that change outpost NPCs, such as those that lower their health, are not compatible with this mod. I think one will override the other and there wont be any crashes at least.
