Original Mod (credits to wizz6rd)

This mod is a fixed re-release of wizz6rd's original SpecialEffects mod. This adds some cool blocks (with multiplayer and automation support):
- Light block (spot, point)
- Particle emitter block
- Text block
It also adds a level entity light but I can't guarantee it will work as expected.

There are several differences to the original mod:
- Automation support
- Text blocks don't show through blocks or drift anymore
- Text blocks don't have block visuals or colliders
- Particle emitter works again
- Glass block has been removed (because surface glass)
- Commands have been removed (because object explorer)

- Open Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\346010\2870726285\SpecialEffects\Resources\Particles.
- Place your texture file (.png) here. Back them up, because any updates to the mod will delete them.
- Open Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\346010\2870726285\SpecialEffects.
- Open Mod.xml in Notepad and add your texture's name and path - e.g. "MyTexture.png" would be <Texture name="MyTexture" path="Particles\MyTexture.png" />.
- Open ParticleEmitter.xml in Notepad and add just the texture's name - e.g.- <Texture name="MyTexture" />.
- Your textures should now be available.

I put this up because the original mod's particle emitter broke and nobody could contact wizz6rd. There were other problems, but that was the breaking point.

More recently, wizz6rd said that this was alright to post and that he is unlikely to fix the original mod.
