This is made to go with the Original Frank's Fish Sticks asset. Use Move It/Anarchy to place that asset in this.

Does the Original Frank's Fish Sticks Restaurant in your city need some additional seating and parking? Add this lot to it. Just place the Original Frank's Fish Sticks in next to the seating area. With the boat and fishing gear in the back, this will fit in nicely in your fishing industry area, or perhaps it is all decorative to add to the ambiance of Frank's Fish Sticks.

This asset is only the lot, without the restaurant.

Great asset. Unfortunately, the truck dependency has the same issue that the sign did for the original restaurant (it's the private version, not the Steam version). I get this error: Asset bug: Workshop asset uses private asset (franks fish small prop truck.Frank's Fish Small Prop Truck_Data)
