I didn't make this mod, Kumon27 did. Credit goes him, though I have translated it (badly) into English for your anglospheric enjoyment.

Want more equipment? Comprehensive infantry / trench system? Field artillery and mortars of different calibers? Whistle before the war? Whatever an Aerofluvoldactyla is?
JägerMecha? Blitzkrieg? Even 450mm siege cannons?

This mod's been updated as an interim before the translation is integrated into the main Steam: Progress mod.

The translation progress is very slow because of a lot of content recently (about 700 more)

That's more a problem with the original mod than the english translation, so I probably won't be fixing it
