The second package of modern European houses, the average standard of living. A total of 14 houses in the package. Roads, heat, electricity, water and sewage - are connected. This package is an excellent country houses for the budget population. Facades of bright colors, made with elements of half-timbered (Fachwerk), suitable for creating a unique Eastern European republic!

I already have that one. In part 2, there’s more variety, among other things. If you don’t have the data, you can simply download the mod folder from the workshop and put it into your WIP directory (if I’m correct). I did that with one of my older texture mod versions to edit it afterward. It would be cool if you could change that. When you build settlements with it, the people aren’t exactly happy due to the game mechanics.

They are among the prettiest European single-family houses available in the workshop. Most others often only have 1-2 buildings.

The game stats are set that people will start to complain if the live in a house with lower quality than 70%. Even if everything else is provided. This means any house with a quality below 70% cannot be a long term solution in the game, unfortunately.

I'm planning further extended packages that will add more expensive housing, all the way up to high-end. No. It doesn't have independent heating. Of materials like concrete, etc. The building itself mimics a concrete block building. I hope I was able to help. :steamthumbsup:

60% is very low. Is it self heating when no external heat supply? What are the building materials needed (hopefully boards, gravel - maybe bricks) ?
