Adds two distinct iconic guns, using Skullywag's Gauss assembly for added stun proc chance on hits.

I love Skullywag's stuff, so I made this little two-fer of cool guns to use his awesome Gauss weapon assembly for extra spark effects and stun proc chance on hit.
