Would prefer all gas caps to be locked by default, so siphoning only works, when you have a key or hotwired it

In regards to Scout Gaming's suggestion of adding the ability to pry open the locked gascaps, having the function integrated to work with the 'Better Lockpicking' mod by Aiteron would be awesome. I'm not sure how difficult it would be to make it happen, but wanted to leave that as food for thought.

No, players need to lock them.

I do want to add that option, but I will also need to add a way to repair or replace broken caps.

Should be able to pry open the gas cap with a crowbar, kitchen or hunting knife
