[Discontinued] Sound Fixes for Objects

This mod fixes missing sounds for many PDX-added objects, making the new objects consistent with the old objects. Changes:
- added placement and opening/closing sounds to many doors, staff doors, visitor doors, remote doors, jail doors, fence gates etc.
- added placement sounds to many chairs, tables, desks, sofas, beds and other types of furniture
- added placement sounds to many windows
- added placement and idle sounds to many electrical objects
- added placement sounds to many light sources
- added sounds to many plant based objects
- added engine sounds to many trucks and vans
- added rotor sounds to many helicopters
- added sounds to many miscellaneous decorative and functional objects
- fixed workmen idle noise spam that would occur after they finished a task
- removed classroom noise spam that guards would do during some programs

Note: This mod doesn't actually add new sound files, it just sets new objects to use existing sounds and fixes some other sound consistency issues.
