Rocketeer: Joker's Rocket Pack

I like the base game rockets, but thought I’d put my own spin on things with a different approach to rocket armaments. Have at ‘em.

RKT-HV “Stiletto” — High Explosive-Fragmentation rocket
Lightweight high velocity rocket with decent range, meant for use as a multipurpose weapon against things that move. High fire rate.
