With the logic gates, you can open a door by leaving a button unpressed. I decided to try this out.

Nice use of buttons and panels!!! And I can see you used GLaDOS' advice and trimmed out the fat so test subjects don't get confused with a big test chamber.

singnage for button & door, would be clearer.
I know by this part it could not be anything else.
but if you do this on larger or more complex maps,
it could cause the player non-puzzle problems.
floor can be used, instead of 2nd angled panel.
