Are upgrades for imperial foot greatswords and halberds at least possible? They could just be upgraded again after they change from regular imperial foot.

Thanks for the report.
Sorry, the system relies on the original mods, so at the moment I can't solve the problem.
I think that if the Imperial Armory becomes a specification that can maintain upgrades even after evolution, it will be automatically applied to this mod.
