[SCAR] DP-28 script (TLS)

The Last Stand Update ready script for the Desert Combat Rifle slot. Does not include a HUD icon. The stats fit the Degtyaryov machine gun.

This addon replaces SCRIPTS (changes the in-game weapon stats)! It only works on a server (i.e. your own or your friend's host) which has this script enabled. That also means that if a server is enforcing consistency, you may get kicked. Disable this mod and restart the game if you have trouble with joining servers.

The script changes are:

• 42 round capacity (def. 60)
  
• 48 damage per shot (def. 44)
  
• 500 rounds per minute (def. ~857 per burst)

With a script that lowers the rate of fire to 500 RPM, the Desert Rifle feels like fully automatic when the trigger is held down, but will still fire in increments of three.
