Morathi Can Seduce Units (6.1)

描述
Morathi and her faction (Culf of pleasure) can now use the pre-battle seduce mechanic from slaanesh.

I may add skills and/or technologies to increase the cap and reduce the cost like the other LL using this mechanic.

Compatible with everything.
Save game compatible.

Does not need to be updated.

Would you think it's possible to give it only to Morathi as a Legendary Lord instead than to the Cult of Pleasure as a faction? Less broken and more interesting for confederations.
