Etterna / SM5 midi-note

My first skin for Quaver!

It's a port of the midi-note skin for Stepmania 5. It also takes inspiration from Etterna in terms of the judgement / combo / timing layout.
The skin only affects the gameplay area, no changes to menus yet.

I made this skin because I've been a longtime SM5 / Etterna player and have always used the midi-note skin so anything else just feels off to me. This port did introduce some difficulties as midi-note has only 8 Hit Objects so I had to add an additional one for 1/48th notes.
Additionally the snap distance colors are not standard with this skin as it's how the original midi-note skin appears in SM5 / Etterna, which is actually the main reason why I made it as I'm particularly fond of / used to the snap distance colors of midi-note.

In the near future I plan on adding HoldHit objects and get the receptors / lighting to be more accurate to SM5 / Etterna, as well as some more changes to the gameplay area.
