Thank you Guiver!
I used 1 line to produce a sign and uploaded it to the workshop before the last update and hotfix. I just created a window using the same production line machine, uploaded the window to the workshop and it overwrote the sign? After that I deleted the object from the workshop and tried to upload the window to the workshop; all it did was come up with: Error file not found. In the end I had to delete the production machine, place a new one and then it did upload. While trying to upload a new/replacement sign it almost overwrote the window. I caught it on time, this time; even though I put it down as a sign it was insisting it was that same window; once again I had to remove the older machine and replace it.
I have reported it to the devs, be careful while uploading.
