Bern Old Town Houses

描述
Pack of 7 classic houses from Bern, Switzerland. Made to fill large chunks of your inner city core. The pack includes two corner buildings + flipped versions and three row buildings in different sizes and heights that allows for as much variation as possible.

They work as low residential buildings. All assets are wall to wall, so they should be growable.

Commissioned by CityScapes for an upcoming, yet unreleased project.

STATS:
Don't mind the large file size! All textures are connected via Loading Screen Mod, so texture sizes are cut down to 1/7th of the actual size.

These houses are fantastic! My only complaint is that the roofs are shiny. I dont think they should be reflective.

Shouldn't be High density Residential or Wall-to-wall Residential? and so are they you gonna make commercial and office version of these? That would be nice.:steamthumbsup:

@Kiverty You probably wanna use "Asset Prefab(+Building) AI Changer". It adds a dropdown menu that lets you choose the building AI (so you can choose between residential and commercial. A workaround might be to add a service cube commercial building as sub-building to the asset in asset editor.

Hello cbudd,
You got a really nice group of assets here
However I was wondering if you could create a commercial version of them, or tell me how to do so in the asset editor (I've checked out CSLModding but couldn't find anything)
