Gruz's Festus Tweaks

Another installment in my series of faction tweaks. I cannot help myself from seeing all the inconsistencies, lack of polish, and un-realized aspects of certain campaigns. So I tweak them as I go, usually ending up with 100's of tweaks, alterations, and additions.

All to create a smoother, more enjoyable playing experience from campaign start to finish whilst keeping the vanilla feel and enhancing the factions theme/lore.

This mod touches nearly all aspects of the 'Warriors of Chaos - Festus' campaign, including but not limited to:
-Character & Hero skills
-Unit stats
-Buildings effects
-Faction mechanics & events
-Technologies

Compatibility:
This mod will work with most any others, however any mod that alters the exact data lines will override each other. The last mod in the load order will override all prior.
