Thank you for the feedback. I have gone and updated the map and i believe i fixed the things you have listed. I have also added a few more details to the map. thanks you for the support

Sadly I couldn't complete the map because of some bugs. The flimsy door top left couldn't be opened. I had a look at your map and it seems like the nodes are touching and there are overlapping walls next to it.

Personally I also think the S-vest was unnessesary. I would also add a roof of the map and also remove the fog (density 0). Other than that I think its a nice looking map, great work! :)
