Team Fortress 2 Enhanced Jarate Cart (Prop)

Model made by shadowhuntertjm (from here https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=142278590&searchtext=jarate ) .
Turned into enhanced version (and it compatible for SFM as well) by me.
An almost 10 years old model, that got finally a new and better look.
Features are:
*bones (made by me);
*bodygroups (including the glowing piss);
*red skin for the dispenser;
*animations for the wheels;
*minor fixing;
*simple physic.
