Who is Mei Suzuno?

"Mei Suzuno is a former 2nd Year student from class 2-B and current 3rd Year student attending class 3-D at Sakurazaki Academy and a recurring NPC in the Gal*Gun series. She's a professional dish washer with a dirty mouth who works at a family restaurant and wants to become a waitress.
A keen wit and a sharp tongue. You don't want to be on the wrong end of it, but everyone respects her honesty. She works at a restaurant and has a natural aptitude for dishwashing."
