Scrap Overdrive Dome V2

This runs an overdrive dome with NO input materials! (v6, prob works with v7 but untested)
NOTE: It takes about 1-2 minutes to get going

1. Place the Airblast Drill mostly on scrap, at LEAST 10 tiles must be scrap (Oil Extractor MUST be on any compatible tile) [V2 Works ANYWHERE with scrap!]
2. Make sure you have ~2.5k power extra for the unit alone (DO NOT FORGET ABOUT OVERDRIVEN PRODUCTION POWER CONSUMPTION!!!)
3. It should run continuously with no additional modifications required!

This took about 2 hours 3 hours to design and test (including V2 revisions)
