描述

My first mod. Inspired by Mtech25's Hover Explorer (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2181182642), but I wanted to change the existing Explorer unit to have this hover movement type, rather than adding it as a separate unit.

Nope! His mod just helped me understand where to go change things in the game files. My mod works on its own.
