Ice Troll Lair

描述
This little mod vignette updates the Norsca building chains to make trolls and giant available slightly earlier in the campaign. This mod also add recruitment buffs to each of the norscan heroes. Finally, the mod adds a army battle speed debuff for enemies roaming the regions home to the ice caves.


Ice Troll Lair (tier 2) allows recruitment of Trolls and Ice Trolls.

Ice Trolls also require Offering of Slaighter (tier 3) as well.

Ice Troll Lair provides -5% enemy army battle movement.


Fog Shrowded Fens (tier 3) allows recruitment of the Fimir Warriors, Balefiend and Manticore.

Fog Shrowded Fens standard Chaos Troll recruitment time -1.

Fimir Warrior GW also require the Dark Kiln (tier 3) to be recruited.

Fog Shrowded Fens provides -10% enemy army battle movement.


Glacial Passages (tier 4) allows recruitment of the Fimir Warriors GW and the Frost Wyrm.

Fimir Warrior GW also require the Dark Kiln (tier 3) to be recruited.

Glacial Passage provides +4 recruitment rank to Bale Fiends.

Glacial Passage provides -15% enemy army battle movement.


Maurader Champion GW require the smithy.


Cave of Dark Offerings (tier 4) adds +4 recruitment rank to the Skin Wolf Werekin.


Shamanic Pyre (tier 4) adds +4 recruitment rank to the Shaman-Sorceror.


Chaos Totem/ (tier 4) allows recruitment of Chaos Giant.


Altar of Bloodfathers (tier 5) adds 200g income.

Hey Bastilean,
I'm interested in this "mod vignette" concept thanks to you, but I've only seen this term used on your mods (at least I believe so). Are there more, could you point me to one of them on the workshop?

Is this type of mod explained further in modding guides like Cryswar's - or how did you find out about it? I understand it's a particularly easy-to-create way to achieve your desired result (the vignette) if you stay within a relatively narrow framework or usecase? Thx <3
