Looking through the configs folder in the my games folder I can't see anything that explicitly looks like the file for this mod.
No. :) I am not programmer.
I did only:
- download mods;
- set all mod's checkboxes to "ON" (in launcher);
- start game.

Did you edit the LWotC configs and comment out/remove the LWotC built in MCO for the same file ?
In LWOTC this mod eat most FPS.
Without this mod = 80...100 (fps);
With this mod = 30...45 (fps).
( My specs: Ryzen_5_3600 + RX_6600 + 4x8 GB RAM )

I mean.. technically this mod might work in LWotC. You would need to turn off LW's MCO for the UIAfterAction Screen in the LW mods config\xcomengine.ini, and possibly delete the content\lw_toolbox_integrated\CIN_Postmission1.umap ... that should allow this mod to do those things ..
