Gauss for Physgun

Replaces physics gun viewmodel with the gauss gun / tau cannon so that it matches the default inventory icon and looks super nice

i know someone has done this before but this time i've made the animation and position similar to the physgun, and also made it colourable

Me - All i really did was make a basic animation and new vmt for it to be colourable, and of course make it replace the phsygun
