RHSAFRFDEV Compat ACE3

描述
ACE3 ballistics compatibility for the RHS AFRF Dev Branch weapons.
It's not a basic copy/past of the official ACE3 compats.
The main goal is to have the same RHS AFRF pistols and rifles muzzle velocities with the default ballistic and the advanced ballistics and to keep as close as possible the RHS terminal ballistic with the both ACE3 ballistics.

Tested alone as Single Player only (no MP), all feedback welcome.

Can be played with or without ACE3.

- ACE3 config entries added for RHS AEK-971, AN94, ASM, AEK-973, SR.3M and 1P21 optic sight.
- ACE_RailHeightAboveBore / ACE_ScopeHeightAboveRail from Dedmen data[docs.google.com].
- airFriction updated : rhs_B_338_Ball, rhs_B_545x39_7U1_Ball, rhs_B_762x54_7N1 - 7N14_Ball, rhs_B_762x39_U_Ball, rhs_B_9x39_SP5, rhs_B_9x39_SP6. airFrictionAnalysis.txt in the docs folder.
- AtragMx presets added for the RHS T-5000, RHS SVDM and SVDS (NPZ), RHS AS Val,SR.3M,VSS Vintorez (NPZ).
- PSO-1M2 2D reticle updated, calibrated as the real one for Arma3. It's not my own and comes from Wikipedia, all credit to the author[commons.wikimedia.org].
- PP-2000 9x19mm 7N21/7N31 muzzle velocities updated according to Kalashnikov[www.kalashnikov.ru] and The Firearm Blog[www.thefirearmblog.com] articles.
- 762x39 57-N-231U Subsonic datas from Russian manual[ru.djvu.online], ballistic coefficient and airFriction recalculated based on RHS muzzle velocities.
- 9x39 SP5/6 : Klimovsk Specialized Ammunition Plant, SP5/6 Special Cartridges, Gordons Reloading Tool datas[grtools.de].
- Commented config.cpp with all informations in the docs folder.

I've started a RHSUSAFDEV compat, ballistic only, but that means some work.
Few weapons use same ammunitions but with different muzzle velocities and i need to check everything.
I will do my best, be patient please. :)

no your keybinds make sense, especially for me using ace ballistics almost all the time

Personally i keep the vanilla keys (page Up and Down as default) for vanilla ArmA3 scopes and use with ACE3 the arrows UP and Down for elevation and Right and Left for windage like a real CCW (counterclockwise) scope turrets.

Completely trivial, you do what you want with your keybindings.
Just to show that Arma3 and ACE3 have many, many possibilities. :)

The Russian PSOs are configured as they should be.
As the RHS PSO 1M2 picture above, the PSO optic sight has a Bullet Drop Compensation (BDC) turret on elevation and a Mil turret on windage with the correct unit (0.5 Mil).
To change the BDC distances, it's necessary to use the vanilla keys (page Up and Down as default) but ACE3 overwrites these keys for Mil adjustment turrets.
Probably the raison nothing happens when you play and it's not possible to have different adjustments on the same key.
The only way is a custom keybinding for scopes. Personally i keep the vanilla keys (page Up and Down as default) for vanilla ArmA3 scopes and use with ACE3 the arrows UP and Down for elevation and Right and Left for windage like a real CCW (counterclockwise) scope turrets.
