Makes 20mm weapons pinpoint accurate as a test to see if this creates a nice new rebalance as to how they are used and to make carrier ciws more effective.

it only really works on aircraft well of you get real close to it. like if your flying within half of the ciws range it will guaranteed hit at least like 3 times especially while flying directly away from em.
