Marble GP Monaco (Herbie Goes To Monte Carlo)

Hey guys,

as I upload country track #53 right here, it is only fitting to honour one of the most iconic racing characters in movie history. This is the Marble GP of Monaco.

"Herbie Goes To Monte Carlo" is the 3rd installment in the movie series "The Love Bug" featuring the cute and very much alive beetle Herbie wih his iconic race number 53 (hence the point of the upload at this time). In the film Herbie takes part in a rallye that starts in Paris and ends in Monaco right after the tunnel of the F1 track that is still being used nowdays.

Speaking of F1: the track itself is a re-creation of the actual race track of the present that leads through the city of Monte Carlo. Herbie himself also makes an appearence at the end of the pit lane ;).
