Better Sartosa

The goal of this mod is to breathe new life into the Sartosa faction, making them a more engaging and unique force on the campaign map. All changes are designed to be balanced and vanilla-friendly, adding interesting new options without making the faction overpowered or straying too far from the core game experience.

Lord & Hero Skill Overhauls
Aranessa Saltspite: Aranessa's skill tree has been expanded with a couple of new skills, providing small but meaningful buffs to enhance her unique campaign mechanics and playstyle.

Gunnery Wight: The Gunnery Wight hero felt underdeveloped. To address this, his skill tree has been significantly expanded with new abilities, making him a more versatile and valuable addition to your armies. (See the images above for a preview of some of the new skills!)

New Unit & Faction-Wide Rebalance
New Unit: An new unit variant has been added exclusively for Sartosa. Functioning similarly to her existing unique units, this addition provides more late-game variety and tactical options, serving as a slightly stronger anchor for her armies.

Red-Line & Tech Synergy: The balancing for Sartosa's unique units has been overhauled. Now, all Sartosan units properly benefit from the red-line lord skills and relevant technologies, making them scale more effectively throughout the campaign.
