Long barrel more accuracy. Actually more suit for 1-0.7-3 UZI.

@Kaiиe: script of reload only works for offline, the online stays that way

Sadly, it seems the scripting with this is broken when playing online -- the animations messed up and appear to be playing out of order despite re-subscribing. Still really like the feel, sounds, and appearance though.

I really like this and i haven't even used it
