描述
所有首都修改为有 16 个建筑格子，即使首都是个小城（部分省份所有城市均是小城）或是个大门（大门是独立省份且是首都）

需要新游戏才能生效

其他版本：
首都拥有更多建筑格子（22 格）
所有城池拥有更多建筑格子（16 + 6）

我自己测试了一下没发现任何问题，可以检查一下是否有mod冲突，如果依旧有问题可以试试重新订阅本mod

Seems to have an issue with the new DLC. I don't get the option to select the new high elf faction with it enabled. Not trying to rush the author. Just pointing out the issue in case anybody else runs into it.

I would like to suggest that fortresses be limited to just one slot, as in vanilla, it is very visually cluttered to see so many empty spaces for just one building.
