描述
This mod adds a new item named Bath Towel to the Boss Room (and Silver Treasure Room) pool!
Bath Towel is a quality 3 item that grants a 20% tear delay down and a +1 luck up.

Comes with it's very own costume and EID support!

honestly should be quality 4 because of how powerful tear delay downs can be, especially one of such magnitude, but thats my opinion

That is correct Videofreak. With this item, the cap becomes 6.00

tear delay down means actual tear delay, right? (so it increases tear cap)

Nicely done! Reminds me of the idea I've had kicking for a while to do a pack of basic health and stat items (item pool dilution, in other words).
