This cheap miner hover is made for the early game start. It does not require CPU improvement, has 9000+ storage, 4 drills, O2, it is really nimble for a miner even at full load, able to be transported to space by a ship with lot of docking points.

This evolution fix CPU issues, bring drills aligned with the profile of the miner allowing you to dig tunnels, and increase the storage space.
