LET THEM ALL UPGRADE!

For a single mod that includes all factions I've done so far, use this mod. (Click Here!)

Inspired by how any unit could be upgraded in Mount and Blade, I wanted every single unit to be able to be upgraded. Social mobility and career advancement is important in society, you know?

Cost is balanced off of what CA did with chaos tier upgrades.

Works for Kowboy and Kowgirl. And anyone else that has access to Khorne units.

Blood for the blood god.


Bugs and Bugs
Also works for Daniel and Belakor. Unintended side effect is that it unlocks D and B's other god upgrades too. But if you enjoy expanded warband mechanics, this might be a feature for you.

This is NOT compatible with Warband Upgraded Extended mod since they also have the same units in there and their upgrade paths will be mixed in with mine. It'll be a messy overlap of tiles.

Upgrading will preserve entity health. This creates weird HP loss bugs when upgrading from big units to single model units. For example, a 25 health, 100 men unit when upgrading to a monster will result in a monster with 25 health. Just don't upgrade to single entity units in hostile lands.

The Ghorgon is bugged right now as it does not have upkeep because it's a beastmen unit that Khorne has access to. I'm considering either removing it or keeping it in for fun. Don't want to go through the trouble of editing the unit, which breaks beastmen, or creating a duplicate that does have upkeep.

TLDR: Fight with that unit until the little exp bar next to its lying golden chevron maxes out. Then you'll be able to upgrade.

Basically it's some kind of RoR bug where RoR units are automatically given rank 9 bonuses and the chevrons but aren't actually rank 9 (it's rank 0). Their exp gain is disabled in campaign so there's no way to fix that without some mods.

I've been able to replicate the bug and enabled Khorne RoRs to get exp as a work around.

How do I upgrade to the Bloodthirster, the Hellforged horde starts at rank 9 but when trying to upgrade to a bloodthirster it simply states the unit needs to be rank 9 and is greyed out?

Khorne is getting really clustered. If they add new units, I'll have to remove the RoR upgrades. I like the idea of being able to evolve a base unit to everything organically but this is getting out of hand.
