描述
This is a remake of my first ever Half-Life Alyx map, Back Alley, made for the Combine Presence Mapping Contest back in May of 2020. Areas have been added and redone to make the layout more interesting and make more sense in the world.

Love this map, really forced me to look around and explore for any hidden ammo. Had loads of fun bullying combine and zombies, with bullets.

With over 700 hrs in Half Life Alyx, I've played a few mods, trust me, lol... I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the fun experience of this Back Alley mod, it not only was a lot of fun but you developed a balanced scenario between strategy and combat, I loved it... thanks again... I'm hoping you did others?

I've subscribed to all the asset packs and enabled them ingame, but trying to pull the triggers to start the level just makes the game crash

This was a really fun experience, you made a really great level. I think my favorite part was the lighting. Normally if I'm given a flashlight, I just keep it on because people don't do darkness well (I keep it on with a mod), but I kept it off for the MOST part and things were lit really well, it made the level feel real and a bit spooky. Combat was also done right, having highs and lows to balance it out, great job man.

Really cool map, well made and thought out.
It felt like classic HL2 in some parts. :steamthumbsup:
There could have been a bit more complex enemy encounters, but that's just for my taste.
Some parts felt a bit empty, but that increases the suspense. Great Job!
