Sign Time Controls

A mod to let you control the time of day using a sign UI

Usage:
To bring up the menu simply bring both hands to your head and the menu will appear. You can do the same to close the menu or just walk away.
To set the time just place your index finger into the corresponding hour.
The flow of time can be paused with the large sign in the middle. (It does not currently stay paused after closing out of your world)
