Overcast Rune Magic

I really like the rune casting system, but I think some especially overcast runes are not really worth it. So i added some extra effects for some.

I just added some more effects to the overcast variants everything else, like cooldowns, duration and normal runes are the same.


Overcast Changes:

Rune of Negation: added perfect vigour for duration of the rune
Rune of Slowness: added a small damage over time effect
Rune of Speed: Effect is now mapwide, also added 1% vigour regeneration per second
Rune of Breaking: Added +50% Splash Damage modifier
Rune of Oath and Steel: No changes
Rune of Wrath and Ruin: No changes
