Less Restricted Northern Legacies

This is a copy I made of the original mod by @Thon but he removed the mod from the workshop so I'm reuploading it for everyone that is missing it.

In the vanilla version of Crusader Kings III, the two dynasty legacies from Northern Lords are only available to Norse cultures.

This mod makes the following changes:

Adventure:
Still available to dynasties with the Norse culture
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the North Germanic heritage
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Practiced Pirates" tradition (such as the Kru)
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Seafarers" tradition (such as the Tamil)
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Diasporic" tradition (such as the Ashkenazi)
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Druzhina" tradition (such as the Russians)

Pillage:
Still available to dynasties with the Norse culture
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the North Germanic heritage
Now available to dynasties that have a Tribal government
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Practiced Pirates" tradition (such as the Kru)
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Seafarers" tradition (such as the Tamil)
Now available to dynasties that have a culture with the "Battlefield Looters" tradition (such as the Frisians)
